So, a super long time later I am sitting on my bedroom floor on a new laptop, with a really new life. If you have been with me for a while then you will remember my little boy Jakie. If you do remember him then you may also remember that he had COPD which is a respiratory thing that makes it so you can't breath well. This had been a little bit of a problem for quite some time, but a couple months before school ended he got sick. Really sick. My boy could no longer sit on the couch in his favorite place, or play with his tennis balls. He couldn't even jump up on to the couch. The time had come. Those twenty-four hours were probably one of the hardest days I had to live through. It was those hours that I had to listen to him couch and hack and whine at the pain he was in. The next day he got put down and cremated. *sob*
Now, almost a year later I have a new doggy named Jasper who is my other baby, but don't worry, Jakie is still my baby too. Anyway, my dad also moved out to Ohio, and I went back to my local middle school. 8th grade now, so only 31 weeks until I graduate from middle school. Baxter I am on my way! I have started a booktubing project with my best friend, and we are going to be very active on that. If you are ever bored try to find me:) Hint, my new doggy's name... I will try to come back and write soon, but until then enjoy life, and read on.

200 FREE
Last meet I swam my first 200 free. That is 8 lengths. I was super nervous before, but I practiced it a lot, and had friends time me. I got 2nd place in my heat when I actually swam it. I am so proud!!! I am usually an average swimmer, and I don't really ever get 2nd place, or 3rd for that matter.
ON my team we have a whole bunch of really gifted swimmers who are usually in high school. Clique center! I was racing against one of those swimmers, but I didn't know it until my last length, when I had just sped up, and I saw her right next to me in the lane. I swam faster than I ever have before, and I almost won!!!!! She beat me by like a hundredth of a second!!!!! This is now my favorite event ever!!! I am swimming it at states this year, which is a huge meet where every team in maine competes against each other for the winning flag! My team is super good, and we haven't lost a state meet in about 20 years. We did lose summer states last year but we were really close. So good luck all other teams, and "may the odds be ever, in your favor!"

Long time no read
I know I haven't written anything in a very long time, and that is because swim has picked up of the state meet, school has had my attention, and lots of family stuff. I know that sounds like a lot of excuses (and it definitely is) but I just haven't gotten around to writing anything. So this is just a quick excuse write, but I am writing more today I promise!

The Watson's go to Birmingham-1963 By: Christopher Paul Curtis
This is a short section form the book, which I have to write from a different perspective for school. I thought I might as well write it here.
I was walking with Buphead, when I saw Kenny and Rufus sitting on the curb of the road, with a very stricken look in the posture. I got closer and realized that Kenny was crying. "What you cryin' about, Punk?" I asked him, trying to act cool. Kenny explained to me that his nemesis/old friend Larry Dunn had stolen his other pair of leather gloves Mamma gave to us. I then saw a perfect opportunity to be a good big brother, and to humiliate Larry in front of the entire school. I"Where's he at?" I asked Kenny.
"Washing kid's faces over by the school." He said sniffling like a little baby....
Hope you enjoyed☺

White Christmas!
"Dr.Bones fell into the well. That was quit upsetting because he should have left the well alone and tended to the sick."
If you know that quote, then you would know that its from a movie called White Christmas. This s one of my favorite christmas movies. It is about two groups of 'twins' who both sing/entertain. They all go to Vermont (I bet its beautiful this time of year, with all of that snow) only to find that they haven't had snow sense Thanksgiving. Living in New England, I know how that feels. We haven't gotten snow sense just after Thanksgiving either. Maine is awesome, but it really needs to get with the program. Christmas/ Christmas Eve is suppose to be snowy, not rainy:( I am hoping with all of my being that it will be snowy, and the temp will drop about 10 degrees. My friends and I are going to put or phone screens to the sky at 7pm on christmas day. Please join us to be the first generation to light up the sky! If you don't have a phone, than use an iPod, iPad or anything like that! Now light it up at 7 pm on christmas day 2014!

Books Books and More Books
This weekend I had a swim meet on Saturday, and I was going to go out to dinner with my Great aunt and Uncle (who I have never met) and my grandparents. After the meet my mom and I had some time to kill so we stopped in to look at the new goodwill. I walked straight over to the books, after having found one of my favorite books their the weekend before, and started searching. I found one of my other favorite books there, and picked it up just as my mom's phone rang. While she was talking I kept looking, and found two books that go, what looks like, a very good series, and the first book to a series that I have been interested in for a while. As soon as I picked up Fallen, my mom hung up and said that we had to go, because they had rescheduled our dinner to our home town, which was about an hour away. I convinced her to let me get the books, and all in all the past week I have gotten Capture, Fallen, the Awakening, the Reckoning, the Short Second life of Bree Tanner, and Linger. I know that some of these are in the middle of series', but I have already read the Shiver series and I just love the books. I also plan to get the first in the Darkest Powers series from the library. The swim meet wen well, and I dropped 6 seconds off of my 100 FREE, and at least 1 second off of my 50 Breast, but I don't know how I did on my 50 FLY because it was in a relay. In the upcoming couple of weeks, I am going to get back into a habit of writing more, especially during my winter break which is from 12/20- 1/2/15! YAY the new year is just around the corner!
